Thank you so much for your interest in Deep Creek Athletic Association's Spring Opening Day where we are showcasing the finest small businesses in our community! We will have over 750 players and their families in attendance that day and it will be an event you will not want to miss! We are celebrating the rebranding of our league into Deep Creek Athletic Association. We will have softball and baseball games going on all day, as well as various other activities for our families. 

The event will be held at Deep Creek Park Baseball Fields on Saturday, March 22nd from 9:00 am- 6:30 pm, rain or shine.

We love our community and want to foster relationships between DCAA and local businesses, and feel this is a great place to start. Our only requirements are that you are a family-friendly business, or that you can adapt to be one.

** There is a $40 standard vendor fee for a 10' x 10' space. Vendors should provide their own tents and tables for their spot.
** Food Truck vendor fees are $50. 

Set up is from 7:00 am - 09:00 am on the day of the event Saturday, March 22nd and please be ready to sell by 09:00 am.

Limits per Direct Selling Company may be in place so but please register and you will be notified of your acceptance into the show.  If not accepted, you will be placed on the wait list in case of cancellation.
